Started off fun-ended frustrated

Changing my rating. Created a ticket for my issues. Get a response asking for info I already put in the support ticket. Also asked for screen shots. Sent now no response at all for days.

I enjoy the game, but have spent days just logging off and on to craft things to let me continue. Then can only play a few minutes before having to craft again. Spent the time and made it dramatist manor. The game has now totally freaked out and will not let me continue. Really? After spending lots of time (and a little money I admit) I cannot continue???
